Hi, I’m Casey, and this is my family! Laurel’s Bookshelf began as a way to share my love of books with my daughter Laurel and to encourage her to grow up loving to read. As a homeschooling family, we enjoy nature walks, reading great books, and having dance parties in the kitchen. With my background as an academic librarian, I am dedicated to helping families build confident readers by giving everyone the best books, learning resources and tools to read with purpose, starting in childhood.
